चीन से निकली कोरोना वायरस पूरी दुनिया को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया है। इस वायरस ने न केवल दुनिया में तबाही मचायी है ,बल्कि करोड़ों लोगों को बेकार बना दिया है। आज करोडो लोग अपनी नौकरी खो चुके है। आज ये लोग भुखमरी के शिकार है। इनके पास कोई रोजगार नहीं है। इसी कारण हमने सेल्फ एम्प्लॉयमेंट पर बलाग बनाने की कोशिश की है, ताकि बेरोजगार नौजवानों को रोजगार मिल सके और वे आत्मनिर्भर बन सके।

बढ़ती हुई आबादी के साथ बेरोजगारी भी बढ़ रही है, जिसे देखो नौकरी के तलाश में भाग रहा है।

जहाँ देखो। नौकरी ---नौकरी ----नौकरी मगर नौकरी कितने लोगों को मिल रही है। क्या शिक्षा का उद्देश्य केवल नौकरी प्राप्त करना ही है। कल्पना करें की इतने बेकार लोग क्या करेंगें । आत्महत्या या फिर चोरी डकैती।यह तो बेकारों के सामने अंतिम मार्ग है। इन दोनों मार्गों को कोई भी अच्छा नहीं कह सकता । इसे तो पाप या अपराध ही कहा जायेगा । अब प्रश्न उठता है की हमारे युवक करें भी तो क्या करें। इन प्रश्नो का उत्तर देने के लिए कोई नहीं तैयार है ।यही कारन है कि युवकों को अपने चारों ओर अँधेरे के सिवा कुछ भी नजर नहीं आता।

यदि ऐसी ही बात को सामने रखकर आप शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहें है तो फिर इस बात को पल्ले से बांध लें की आप अपने कार्य में सफल नहीं हो सकते ।आपके सपने उस समय सत्य की चट्टान से टकराकर चूर चूर हो जायेंगें जब आप यह देखेंगे की छोटी से छोटी नौकरी पाने वाले की लम्बी लाइन लगी हुई है। जिधर देखो उधर हर युवक नौकरी के लिए पागलों की भांति फिरता नजर आ रहा है ।अब तो लड़कों के साथ लड़कियां भी नौकरी के लिए कतार में खरी है ।आज औरते हर क्षेत्रों में पुरुषों से आगे निकल रही है। हर दफ्तर में पुरुषों की बढ़ोतरी हो रही है ।आज औरते जिंदगी के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सफलता प्राप्त कर रही है।

युवा वर्ग अपनी डिग्रियों के लिए मारा - मारा फिर रहा है।केवल चपरासी की नौकरी के लिए ग्रेजुएट , पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट तक भर्ती हो रहें हैं । बेकारी का शिकार होकर युवक पथ भ्रष्ट हो जाते हैं। चोरी , डकैती और समग्लिंग का शिकार हो जाते हैं। परिश्रम के लिए साधन चाहिए। केवल टोकरी ढोने , रिक्सा चलाने या मजदूरी करने को ही परिश्रम कहना हमारी भूल है। परिश्रम तो जीवन के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में किया जा सकता है ,लेकिन जो परिश्रम बुद्धि के साथ किया जाता है ।उसकी अपनी ही विशेषता होती है।

अब जो लोग बेकार है। भले ही लड़के हों या लड़कियां उन्हें नौकरी की तलाश को छोड़कर यह निर्णय कर ही लेना चाहिए की उन्हें आजादी से जीना है ।आपके जीवन में ऐसा भी समय आ सकता है ।जब आप स्वंय कई नौकर रख सकते है ।आज के दौड़ में सब बेकारों को रास्ता दिखाने वाला कोई नहीं है । अँधेरे में भटक रहे लोग ठोकरे खाते फिर रहें है ।कभी कभी निराश होकर इनकी आँखों में आंसू आ जाते है ।कुछ लोग तो अंत आत्महत्या तो कर लेते हैं बढ़ती हुई आबादी के साथ इंसानों की जरूरते भी बढ़ रही है।

आजकल की जरुरत को देखते हुए हम घरेलु धंधों, लघु उद्योग का विकल्प बेहतर साबित हो सकता है। लघु उद्योग पर हम अगले पेज पर चर्चा करेंगें
